NYC 79th St. Boat Basin

Now that I'm smart enough to post video clips, I'll have to share another one. This shows the strong current on the Hudson River. It's a clip of the water rushing by our stationary mooring ball, to which our boat is tied. I think that if we were anchored here, we'd be constantly concerned about the anchor dragging!

This is where we are, at the 79th St. Boat Basin in NYC. That's Gil, and to his right, that teak railing extends for 100 blocks!

Serenada on her mooring ball.

Today, we've had a gloriously lazy Sunday staying aboard Serenada. I even watched some TV - thanks Amie & Dan :-)
