Patched “Patches” on the beach at our anchorage in Worton
Creek, under the gaze of this bald eagle, who had perched above us.
As this repair needed time to cure, we spent several hours walking
on the beach, and admiring Serenada from shore.
Before returning to Serenada, we had a terrific shore fire to dispose
of our accumulated garbage ;-)
When we got back, while I was preparing dinner, Gil decided to try his luck at fishing (under pressure from Frank back home), and he caught two! We're without a net on board, so it was a little challenging getting them out of the water. The gaff was too big. We managed to get them aboard by lowering a pail (in the absence of a net) and scooping them up with it. Fish for tomorrow's dinner :-)
Don't leave us hanging what kind of Fish Sea Trout, Red Fish or Snapper?
