We loved last week's hike (from Grand Etang Lake to the Seven Sister's waterfall) with Jorge & Kim so much, that we repeated it with Gwen & Guillaume this week. Truthfully, we had wanted to do a different hike (Grand Etang Lake to Concord waterfalls), but we were advised against it unless we had a guide.
Second time was as muddy as the first :-) but we went in for a dip when we reached the twin falls and came out cleaned up. We didn't stay too long though, as those chickungunyan carrying mosquitoes could be seen all around us - they have these distinctive white stripes.
Came across another critter too.... ugh.
Jorge & Kim have sailed up to Carriacou to get some work done on their boat. Our week has been a quieter one. We've been screen addicts! Currently, we're watching The Wire; having recently finished 3 seasons of Downton Abbey.
