Canada Day in Grenada

Happy Birthday Canada! We celebrated you on the beach in Grenada.

We also celebrated Argentina's 1-0 win over Sweden, their goal having been made with only 2 minutes left in overtime play. Jorge was literally biting his nails!

Walking along Grand Anse beach (where several resorts are located) we came upon this sign....

It seemed overly dramatic to me, but then again "Kick 'em Jenny," the underwater volcano is just a few miles north of Grenada. Were it to erupt, you probably couldn't run up these hills fast enough!

We opted not to hunt down crabs for dinner, but to go out for pizza instead.

Life is good in Grenada, but we thought of you all back home in Canada!
